Must have a Masters
Degree & 6 mos. exp. working with with Indian nationals & customers; International
work exp.; Hindi Language fluency.
Responsible for recruitment of Physical & Occupational Therapists from India,
Philippines and within USA. Duties include taking lead position on all company openings
and assigning open requirements to recruiters. Give required training to associate
and new recruits, frequent client visits to perform needs requirement requirement
analysis, recruitment of both contractand direct personnel, and perform account
maintenance duties, client manager liason duties etc. Recruiting sources included.
Overseas recruiting agencies, internet job boards, job podtings, college website
and networking with facility, networking and cold calling.
