Position: Healthcare Supervisor

Pay: As provided in the Annual Budget
Shift: Rotating Schedule- including weekends and holidays. Day shift 5a-5p.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services in screening and oversight of healthcare for children assigned to their care.
- Assist in education and training of staff and clients regarding healthcare issues, policies, and procedures.
- Provide emergency oversight of medical services as needed for clients and staff.
- Assist in maintaining systems and processes related to healthcare functions including infection control and employee health.
- Maintain high standards of personal and interpersonal functioning in job performance.
- Monitor Child Care staff in their healthcare responsibilities.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in other duties related to healthcare provisions for clients and staff.

Requirements
Experience: Two years preferred working with an adolescent population
Education: Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Louisiana license
