Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services in screening and oversight of healthcare for all children assigned.
- Assist in education and training of staff and clients regarding healthcare issues, policies, and procedures.
- Provide emergency oversight of medical services as needed for clients and staff.
- Assist in the maintenance of systems and processes related to healthcare functions, including infection control and employee health.
- Maintain high standards of personal and interpersonal functioning in job performance.
- Monitor Child Care staff in their healthcare responsibilities.
- Assist the Director of Nursing in other duties as assigned in relation to healthcare provisions for clients and staff.
