Job Responsibilities

Provide nursing assessment to individuals
Deliver direct-support services to individuals
Conduct primary health screening for clients
Offer leadership, support, and education to team members in nursing/medical treatment and healthcare
Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Implement evidence-based interventions
Provide wrap-around services to individuals aiming for recovery from mental illness and substance use conditions

Required Skills

Core Skills

Registered Nurse licensure in NJ
Experience in behavioral healthcare
Strong clinical and engagement skills

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in nursing
Valid driver’s license
