Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
Provide patient education and coordination of care.
Administer chemotherapy and other medications and infusions.
Manage symptoms and provide supportive care for Oncology and Hematology patients.
Deliver evidence-based nursing care and develop care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient-centered care.
Document nursing care in accordance with regulatory agencies' requirements.
Conduct telephone triage and manage phone nursing care.
Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and practices.
Establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Participate in committees, councils, and quality improvement projects.

Ambulatory and/or oncology experience
Professional nursing certification preferred (OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, RN-BC)
Experience in supervisory roles

Experience: Minimum of 1-year recent experience as an RN; infusion experience/skills are highly preferred.

Education: Baccalaureate degree in nursing strongly preferred; if associate degree in nursing, must complete BSN degree within 4 years.

License & Certification:

Licensed as a registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or New Hampshire
AHA BLS required (AHA ACLS accepted as minimum requirement)
