Pay: $3,000 sign on bonus available

Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of patient care activities to meet the personal needs and comfort of patients.
- Assist members of the health care team.
- Provide clear, timely communication to the RN regarding observations and changes seen in patients.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a safe environment.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, ambulating, meals and nourishment.
- Move, lift, position, and transport patients by utilizing proper safety techniques and body mechanics.
- Perform patient safety checks and utilize fall prevention alternative devices/strategies.
Required Skills

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under stress.
Preferred Skills
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a clinical setting.
- Prior inpatient/outpatient care experience or clinical care training.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Basic computer skills.
Requirements
Experience:
Education: Minimum of a high school education or GED.
License & Certification:
- Current Basic Life Support or Heart Saver certification.
Schedule:
- Works every other weekend.
- Works every other holiday.
