Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provides, delegates, supervises and documents care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates with the health care team.
Demonstrates clinical competence.
Works independently and in collaboration with principal investigator when appropriate.

Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Effective communication skills with patients, families, and medical group personnel.
Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.

Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience as a RN

Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
