Oversee and serve as an immediate clinical resource to staff.
Participate in professional enhancement activities including membership in hospital-wide committees and health system initiatives.
Develop education materials and engage in professional association activities.
Provide support and leadership to the Urgent Care team in integrated approaches to care.
Assist staff with the provision of care to assigned patients and assume a partial patient assignment.
Collaborate with medical staff on relevant clinical issues.
Support the Clinical Nurse Manager in controlling costs through effective utilization of personnel, materials, and equipment.

Experience:

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.

License & Certification:

New Hampshire Registered Nurse License or Compact State Registered Nurse License
BLS qualification (to be obtained during orientation)
ACLS preferred
