Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care
Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Develop and implement care plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
Monitor patient progress and address any changes in condition
Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to promote a positive work environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

Required Skills
