Pay: $42.58-$57.47

Shift: Day; 7am – 7pm, rotating weekends and holidays

Work onsite in the Silver Spring location in the Virtual RN Hub.
Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate optimal provision of care through a computerized and/or digital platform.
Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.
Organize care through collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to coordinate, implement, and support the plan of care.
Ensure a seamless, effective, efficient transition of care across the continuum.
Perform chart audits as needed to enhance quality and safety.
Monitor quality metrics specific to the department and ensure complete and accurate documentation in the patient record.
Perform virtual safety rounds.
Demonstrate a high degree of professional competence in various roles such as clinician, educator, consultant/collaborator, and navigator.

Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse
Minimum five years of RN experience in an acute care setting, including adult condition management
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of RN experience in an acute care setting

Education: Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN)

License & Certification:

Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse
