Job Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the clinical and other activities on the patient unit.
Establish goals and priorities in accordance with patient and staff needs and organizational objectives.
Provide service to patients throughout the life span including children, adults, and geriatric age groups.

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years current clinical experience in specialty area or management. Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a supervisory role required.

Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing required. BSN preferred.

License & Certification:

Current New Mexico or compact RN license required
CPR certification required
