Job Responsibilities

Direct the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Development nursing site with clarity, urgency, and care.
Support nursing faculty and staff; lead meetings, coaching, and professional development.
Own clinical partnerships, relationships, contracts, calendars, and placement logistics; serve as the primary point of contact.
Maintain program accreditation and regulatory readiness.
Assist with curriculum implementation and continuous improvement.
Guide student success through orientation, academic advising, at-risk reviews, and NCLEX initiatives.
Step into labs, clinicals, or simulations when needed.
Partner with the Regional Dean on program strategy and special initiatives.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one year teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs; one year’s continuous experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.

Education: A master’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university that includes coursework in nursing, education, or administration.

License & Certification:

California Registered Nursing License or equivalent from the state where the WFD site is located
