Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate MDS assessments and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Utilize the resident-centered care model in day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with clinical staff to maintain good staffing ratios.
- Support the clinical team with strong organizational skills.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- RN in New Hampshire (active and in good standing)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of RAI process and reimbursement requirements
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task
Preferred Skills
- RAC-CT Certification
- 2+ years of MDS experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of MDS experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
Education: RN in New Hampshire (active and in good standing)
License & Certification:
- RN License in New Hampshire
- RAC-CT Certification preferred
