- Provide direct management for floor nurses and nursing managers.
- Work with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality care and outstanding customer service to all patients and their families.
- Create and maintain great employee relationships among staff.
- Attract and retain top performing, talented team members.
- Supervise and career coach existing team members.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Licensed RN in good standing with the state
- 3+ years of nursing experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of long-term care experience
- Ability to maintain positive employee relationships
- Dedication and commitment to lead a healthcare team
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of nursing experience, 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
