Provide personal care for hospital patients under the supervision of Registered Nurse/LPN and Nurse Manager/Director.
Demonstrate understanding of technology systems necessary for patient data collection.
Ensure availability of resources (equipment, instruments, supplies) necessary for positive patient outcomes.
Maintain clean, safe and orderly work/patient environment by cleaning work stations/areas and stocking supplies.
Follow plan of care by performing treatments and procedures competently/independently under the direction of RN/LPN.
Assure patients receive consistent, competent, and ethical care while maintaining privacy and support for the patient's value system.
Accurately complete all required documentation as directed by RN/LPN.
Participate positively in training and support of team members, volunteers, and students.

Experience: 1 year prior experience in acute health care setting (Preferred)

Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire (Required)
