Job Responsibilities
- Supervise nightly operations of nursing staff and adjust staffing patterns based on patient census and care needs.
- Complete physical and mental health assessments and develop individualized patient care plans.
- Administer and monitor treatment regimens and prescribed medications under appropriate medical supervision.
- Observe, document, and report behavioral and clinical changes in patients.
- Maintain strict control and accountability of medications.
