Position: Compassionate Nurse Practitioner for Dementia Care
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $117,000 – $135,000
Shift: 4x10-hour days, minimal weekends/after-hours

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver direct dementia care and build strong relationships with patients and families
- Conduct cognitive, behavioral, and medication assessments
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and care coordination
- Support caregivers and assist in advanced care planning
- Stay current with evidence-based dementia treatments

- Strong assessment skills
- Diagnostic skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience in geriatrics
- Palliative care experience
- Chronic care experience
- Telehealth experience
- EHR experience (Athena a plus)
Requirements
Experience: 1–2+ years with older adults preferred
Education:
License & Certification:
- Active, unrestricted NP license (FL, TX, or WA)
- Board certified
- DEA license (or eligibility)
Schedule:
- 4x10-hour days
- Minimal weekends/after-hours
