Deliver patient care using nursing expertise with the healthcare team.
Evaluate health and identify issues to create care plans.
Track treatment responses and help patients navigate their healthcare safely.
Prioritize patient and family needs in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
Maintain confidentiality and address patient concerns when necessary.
Manage learning for patients and families, promoting knowledge sharing within the healthcare team and community.
Partner effectively with team members and the community to implement cohesive care plans.
Recognize limited resources while prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care.
Encourage professional growth by creating a positive work environment and supporting peers' professional development.
Participate in continued education and community service.

Basic understanding of patient care practices, medical terminology, medications, and equipment in interventional radiology nursing.
Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to track changes in patients' health and communicate effectively with nurses and doctors.
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of electronic medical documentation systems and email.

Experience: 2 years' experience in ICU or ED

Education: Graduate of an Accredited Program

License & Certification:

Registered Nurse
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or must obtain within 30 days of hire
