Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing personnel on shift.
- Ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments.
- Plan and perform care interventions.
- Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
- May have additional duties assigned within the scope of the role.
