Position: Home Health Nurse for Pediatric Patients
Job Type: Per Visit / Salary
Pay: Per Visit Model: $70-$75 per Visit | $90-$100 per Start of Care; Salary Model: $70,000-$75,000 annually

Job Responsibilities
- Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, or young adults according to the active plan of care provided by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, and responses.
- Educate the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Meet the patient's nursing needs.
- Perform wound care.
- Manage case load.
- Care coordinate with providers and patient families.
- Practice safe delivery of physician-ordered care to pediatric patients in a home environment.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Provide feeding tube management and education.
- Administer and manage medication.
- Provide central line management, lab draws, and infusion education.
- Perform tracheostomy education and urinary catheter management and care.
- Perform accurate and concise documentation.
