Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty and students to plan, design, conduct, evaluate and disseminate rural-focused nursing research and scholarship activities.
- Obtain external funding to support rural nursing initiatives.
- Teach in the Capstone College of Nursing’s graduate programs.
- Serve as a mentor to faculty and students.
- Support the College’s mission, vision, and goals.
Required Skills

- Leadership in nursing education

- Teaching experience in graduate programs

- Experience teaching in a PhD program

Requirements
