Job Responsibilities

  • Develop goals and objectives with the child and family based on psychological evaluation and treatment goals.
  • Maintain at least weekly contact with caregivers, Mobile Therapists (MT), and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to monitor the implementation of the resiliency plan.
  • Facilitate Interagency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings to review the child's progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Complete all required documentation, including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and resiliency plan updates.
  • Provide clinical supervision of assigned MTs and BHTs, including training on resiliency plans and behavioral interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles and take annual training.
  • Perform CPR and restrictive procedures following agency-trained protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Core Skills

  • Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or other relevant certification.
  • Graduate degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
  • Experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Publisher experience preferred.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services.

Education: Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.

License & Certification:

  • License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or similar.
  • Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or related certification.
