Job Responsibilities

Develop goals and objectives with the child and family based on psychological evaluation and treatment goals.
Maintain at least weekly contact with caregivers, Mobile Therapists (MT), and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to monitor the implementation of the resiliency plan.
Facilitate Interagency Service Planning Team (ISPT) meetings to review the child's progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Complete all required documentation, including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and resiliency plan updates.
Provide clinical supervision of assigned MTs and BHTs, including training on resiliency plans and behavioral interventions.
Ensure compliance with Child and Adolescent Service System Program (CASSP) principles and take annual training.
Perform CPR and restrictive procedures following agency-trained protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or other relevant certification.
Graduate degree in applied behavioral analysis, psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
Experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Publisher experience preferred.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services.

Education: Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or related field.

License & Certification:

License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or similar.
Certification as a board-certified behavioral analyst (BCBA) or related certification.
