Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment.
- Facilitate care coordination through the nursing process.
- Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care.
- Address patient teaching needs via direct and telephonic encounters.
- Collaborate with other members of the health care team.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinicians in delivering quality health care.
