Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and unstable patients in the ICU.
- Perform continuous assessment, intervention, and evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
