Job Title: LPN - Woodridge
Position: Nursing Team Member

Pay: $25.93 to $40.11 per hour with differentials ranging from $3 to $7
Shift: Flexible 12-hour shifts (6:30 am - 7 pm or 6:30 pm - 7 am)

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Deliver care to assigned patients in accordance with hospital policies and approved care plans
- Collaborate with the RN, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for residents
Required Skills

- Active LPN license in Vermont
- At least 12 months of hospital practical nursing experience
