Job Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and directing work of nursing personnel engaged in providing patient/nursing care services on assigned shifts.
- Demonstrate accountability for ensuring safe, high quality patient care.
- Enhance the patient/family experience.
- Provide effective leadership contributing to the delivery of the organization's objectives.
- Determine work priorities and prepare daily work assignments.
- Serve as a resource person for unit personnel in resolving operational and patient care problems.

Requirements
Experience: 2 years of experience on the unit or similar unit.
Education: Associates in Nursing; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be obtained within 3 years of date of hire.
License & Certification:
- RN-Registered Nurse
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS or other certification as required by unit.
Schedule:
- Flexible to work 24/7 shifts.
