Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic.
Function as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, providing the nursing perspective.
Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff.
Initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels of clinical staff.
Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care services.
Work directly with physicians regarding their practice related to the nursing department.
Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Experience: 3 years Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
