Job Responsibilities
- Provides personal care services to patients.
- Applies safety principles and proper body mechanics to perform personal and supportive care techniques such as ambulating and transferring clients, assisting with normal range of motion, and household chores.
- Plans and prepares nutritious meals, assists with feeding as assigned.
- Performs homemaking and other environmental services as assigned.
- Observes, reports, and documents any changes in patient's status; reports to the primary nurse if unable to perform a certain task.
- Follows specific written instructions for personal care prepared by a registered nurse according to the plan of care.
- Assists patients with prescribed exercises as instructed by a nurse or therapist.
- Performs and records simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills

- Recent CNA experience within the last 12 months

Experience: CNA experience within last 12 months
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
