Job Title: Nurse Practitioner
Position: Lead the Wound Care Clinic program
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $115,000 to $155,000 annually, with base salary and quarterly bonus
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the Wound Care Clinic program
- Provide procedural wound care to patients
- Collaborate with McKenzie Willamette MC West Eugene and Healogics
- Average 15 to 20 patient encounters per day
- Manage and promote advanced wound-care treatments
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Procedural background in minor procedures (e.g., suturing, debridement, incision and drainage)
- Ability to work in a procedure-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with non-dermatological procedural experience
- Team leadership experience
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience
Education:
License & Certification:
- Clean and Active State license
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- DEA License
Schedule:
- Standard work hours total 40 hours per week
- No night shifts, on-call responsibilities, or weekend hours
