Job Responsibilities
- Directs assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant.
- Provides and oversees nursing care, implementing hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
- Maintains approved standards of patient care, collaborating with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Valid state RN license
- Certified BLS
- Certified ACLS or completion in first 6 months of employment
- CRRN after meeting eligibility requirements
Preferred Skills
- Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- One (1) or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program
Requirements
Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.

License & Certification:
- Valid state RN license
- Certified BLS
- Certified ACLS
