Job Responsibilities

Assist the Wellness Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing day-to-day functions of the wellness department.
Assist in periodic resident assessments and care planning.
Work with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility.

Requirements

Experience: At least two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience in nursing; at least one year of experience with a home health care agency or community health program preferred.

Education: Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
