Job Responsibilities

Assess, implement, and evaluate care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the licensed physician.
Utilize principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
Collaborate with the patient, patient's family members/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care.
Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies and procedures.
