Job Responsibilities
- Perform health assessments and medication education.
- Provide direct service to clients in the clinic setting.
- Coordinate Spravato treatments and manage patient scheduling for treatment.
- Maintain organization of Med Room.
- Review schedules and ensure charts and medications are set up for each physician daily.
- Provide emergency first aid to clients.
- Act as liaison between physician and other caregivers.
- Obtain health assessments for new clients.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Current RN license from the State of Ohio
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Comfortable interacting with individuals with mental illness
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Previous psychiatric experience
- Certification as a psychiatric nurse
Requirements
Experience: At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
Education: Requires associate degree in nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
License & Certification:
- Current RN license from the State of Ohio
- Certification as a psychiatric nurse preferred.
