Job Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical patient care.
- Assist in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area.
- Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice.
- Review appropriate staffing based on patient acuity and needs.
- Assess nursing service needs relative to patient needs within the unit and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
- Clinical patient care experience

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Requirements
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
Education:
License & Certification:
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.
