Position: Registered Nurse in a Telehealth Hospice Care Role

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $33.69-$53.90 per hour plus shift differential pay

Shift: At least 30 hours per month with 24 of those hours being weekend shifts

Job Responsibilities

Deliver telehealth hospice care to patients and families.
Monitor patient conditions using virtual platforms.
Coordinate care plans for patients.
Provide real-time guidance to field staff and caregivers.

Required Skills

Core Skills

5+ years of Home Care, Hospice, ER and/or Triage RN Experience
Active RN license in a Compact State (eNLC)
BSN from an approved Nursing education program
Proficiency in Epic or Home Care EMR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Patient/Customer Service Experience
Ability to work independently and in remote teams
Adaptability to rapid changes

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of Home Care, Hospice, ER and/or Triage RN Experience

Education: BSN required by an approved Nursing education program

License & Certification:

Active RN license in a Compact State (eNLC)

Schedule:
