Job Responsibilities

Assessing nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
Planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
Demonstrating competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Clinical competence in the care and management of target patient populations.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Requirements

Experience: Clinical experience as a licensed registered nurse, with specific target patient populations.

Education: Completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing.

License & Certification:

Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
American Heart Association BLS certification

Schedule:

Full-time (36 hours/week)
Expected enrollment in BSN program within 15 months of hire for non-BSN nurses with less than one year of experience.
