- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Other certifications as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP)
Requirements
Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience preferred, but open to new grads
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution
License & Certification:
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V
