Manage, direct, and supervise clinic staff in daily operations for adult and pediatric services in the outpatient setting.
Coordinate services to maintain continuity of patient care and workflow efficiencies.
Provide guidance, motivation and direction to assigned staff, including participating with orientation and continuing education.
Ensure staff maintain accurate recording and tracking of essential clinical functions (i.e., Nursing QA/QI, EMR documentation, correspondence, incident reports, consents, orders/referrals, etc.).
Collaborate with other management team leaders to assure positive patient experiences or service recovery as needed.
Ensure efficient clinical workflows, collaborating with billing/coding related to daily clinic visits, new product licensure, and ongoing patient issues.
Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on operational issues such as committee involvement, project management functions, policy and procedure, budget, resource management, communications, and QA/QI/PI planning, implementation, and outcome evaluation.
Partner with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and achieve Center Goals that reflect the organization's mission and values.
Contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Clinical Ladder and IHI goals as assigned.

Experience: 5 years of progressive clinical management experience.

Education: GED or High School diploma required; BSN required.
