Job Responsibilities

Determine appropriate staffing levels to achieve organizational goals
Participate in the development of the unit budget
Monitor the unit's compliance with standards
Supervise nursing staff

Requirements

Experience: Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience, two (2) years in a supervisory role or higher, with consideration for candidates with four (4) years in a nursing lead role

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing

License & Certification:

Valid Nevada RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accepted by the American Heart Association
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Trauma Nurse Core Certification (TNCC)
Advanced Life Support (ALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
