Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for the employee health programs at one or more assigned facilities.
- Promote and maintain the health and safety of employees in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of services and records.
- Act as an advocate for the employee by ensuring access to employee health services and other available programs.
- Correlate wellbeing and safety of the employee with their job duties at a CommonSpirit Health facility.
