Job Responsibilities
- Work under a licensed RN until license can be verified.
- Attend Intermountain’s one-year nurse residency program.
- Provide patient-centered care.
- Demonstrate values of Integrity, Trust, Excellence, Accountability, and Mutual Respect.
- Participate in caring for a full spectrum of medical diagnoses and comorbidities.
- Engage in telemetry monitoring of cardiac rhythms.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to perform patient care and assessments.
Preferred Skills
- BSN degree (for RNs with less than 12 months of experience).
- BLS Certification.
Requirements
Experience: Less than one year of RN experience.
Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nursing/RN education program.
License & Certification:
- Current RN License in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers.
Schedule:
- 36 scheduled weekly hours.
