Job Responsibilities

Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
Offer wholistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education to patients.
Utilize resources like UpToDate and RubiconMD at no charge to you and your patients.
Work autonomously in a company that prioritizes patients.

Required Skills

Core Skills

Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification (for Nurse Practitioner)
Active license & current NCCPA board certification (for Physician Associate)
Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit
CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Skills

Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per State regulation
Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
