Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model.
- Conduct accurate assessments according to standards.
- Identify and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing care plan.
- Modify care plans to meet patient outcomes.
- Create a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
- Develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Manage emotional and physical pain to promote relief and prevent suffering.
- Incorporate unique differences into care plans considering culture, beliefs, status, age, and values.
- Preserve and protect confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights of patients.
- Facilitate learning for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement care plans.
- Use problem-solving strategies for patient care.
- Observe and communicate changes in patients' medical conditions.

Requirements
Experience: 2 Years of Experience in Cardiovascular OR
Education: Grad of an Accredited Program or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
License & Certification:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
