Job Responsibilities
- Provides safe, effective nursing care to ensure an effective patient visit
- Answers patient questions; relays critical information and escalates issues
- Completes appropriate medical/legal documentation
- Administers medication to patients in a safe manner
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge and licensure through continuing education and professional development
- Coordinates day-to-day clinical tasks to ensure efficient operation of the department
- Performs other related duties as required
- Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards

Requirements
Experience: 2 years of LPN experience or 1 year of LPN experience with 1 year supervisory experience
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
License & Certification:
- Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Schedule:
- Flexibility in schedule (e.g. 24/7, weekend, holiday, on call availability)
