Position: Patient Care Technician responsible for direct patient care

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in completing activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, showering, toileting, positioning, turning, transferring, and ambulation using assistive devices.
  • Assist with feeding and menu selection.
  • Collect and send specimens including blood and blood cultures.
  • Insert and remove peripheral IV catheters.
  • Record patient information and required data in appropriate areas to meet documentation requirements.

Requirements
