Pay: $29.50 - $44.50, $10,000 Sign On Bonus available for Qualified Candidates

Job Responsibilities
- Answer patient inquiries over the telephone, assessing symptoms and medical needs
- Guide patients to the appropriate level of care
- Schedule patient appointments over the phone with healthcare providers/facilities/physicians
- Document information provided to patients during triage in health record systems
- Record patients' health conditions for follow-up care
- Maintain and develop triage protocols
- Ensure patients' healthcare information is updated on time
- Educate patients based on phone inquiries

Requirements
Experience: One Year Of Healthcare Experience Preferred
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
License & Certification:
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
- Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
Schedule:
- Every 3rd weekend and 2 call shifts every 6 months
