Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs.
Document patient care in the healthcare record according to established standards.
Direct and delegate care to other team members in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
Ensure own professional effectiveness through education and professional development.
Participate in the development of and maintain established hospital policies, procedures and objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection prevention program.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Registered Nurse credentials
Basic Life Support skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to promote positive interpersonal relationships
Ability to support and interpret medical center philosophy, policy and procedures
Knowledge of age-specific principles of growth and development

Experience: 1 year experience as a registered nurse preferred; Highly preferred: At least one year of ICU experience in the past 3 years

Education: Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing; Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
