Job Responsibilities

Provide clinically expert triage service within Near North Health.
Monitor and respond to triage calls from the call center or walk-ins at NNH health centers.

Required Skills

Core Skills

At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
Experience in telehealth/virtual visits
Competency for triaging patients of all ages
Proficiency with electronic health records
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills

Ability to function as part of a highly effective team

Requirements

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or outpatient setting

Education: Graduate of accredited RN or LPN program

License & Certification:

Current Registered Nurse License issued by State of Illinois
CPR or BLS certification
