Job Responsibilities

Conduct telephone assessments to determine urgency and level of care
Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in EPIC
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Prioritize incoming calls and manage high call volumes effectively

Requirements

Experience: 1 year Nursing experience in a clinic or 1 year Nursing experience in acute care with completion of a residency program or 1 year Nursing Tech experience

Education: Graduate of accredited school of registered nursing

License & Certification:

Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
