Job Responsibilities
- Recommend, promote, educate, and sell medical aesthetic services and products.
- Perform treatments and evaluate client’s suitability for all treatments, including pre and post treatment guidelines.
- Ensure client safety and efficacy of treatments while providing continuous education and training.
- Document thorough and accurate client treatment records.
- Provide world-class customer service to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Participate in problem-solving and provide appropriate service solutions through critical thinking skills.
- Maintain cleanliness, organize, and prepare treatment rooms, including stocking supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve company and clinic goals.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators through consultative sales approaches.
- Assist in answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking in and out clients, and processing payments as needed.
- Travel between clinics as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
- Ability to provide care to patients aged 13 and older.
- Proficient computer and tablet skills including MS Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Skills
- Strong documentation skills and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
